Viber Messages

Please advise how to access 4 Viber messages. There is a "4" in red on the top right hand corner of my App icon, but when I tap into my App I can't see any new messages. Any feedback will be appreciated.

There is no messages. This is an IOs bug. Until you clear your notifications in notifications screen, this number will be there.
this also happens with whatsapp and other messaging apps.
