Vibrate but no sound (not silent)

I have an apple watch but it doesn't seem possible to receive vibration for notifications only, there is always a ting. If you put the watch in silent you don't get notifications, if you put drag the volume to low, you get a ting!

I just want vibrate only! any ideas?

The watch has Silent (the bell with the slash across it) and Do Not Disturb (the crescent moon).

Silent mutes the sounds; Do Not Disturb prevents [almost] every notification from making your watch ding or tap.
