Vibrate only with calls

Ideally I would like to set up my phone like this but can't figure it out.

Silent switch Off: Calls ring and vibrate, texts only vibrate

Silent switch On: Calls vibrate only, texts don't vibrate but still light up screen.

Is there a way to do this? I just got an iPhone 6s

You can do most of it, but not all of it. You can do the first one by not selecting none for the alert tone for messages and selecting a vibrate pattern for them, so calls would vibrate and ring and messages would just vibrate. For the second one, you can do it if you actually disable that vibrate pattern for messages, or you can use Do Not Disturb which would could be set up for calls to come through but not other notifications--which means no vibration for messages, but also the screen won't light up (and other notifications would similarly not vibrate or light up the screen).
