vibrate setting and agent18 case damage?

I plan to buy an agent18 eco iPhone shield from the apple store and was wondering if using vibrate while the iPhone in the case will cause small scratches or any other damage to the iPhone. I'm thinking that since there has to be room for the iPhone to fit inside the case, there would be empty space between the iPhone and the case where when the phone vibrates, it could potentially hit itself against the case.

There is close to no space between the iPhone and the case. It's pretty snug. So, pretty much a vibrate feels just like it does with the case off.

Over the last several weeks, I've gotten a few scratches on the bezel from taking it on and off. But that's it.
