Vibrate won't work when receiving a call

Has anybody ran into that probably? I am running iSO 5 Beta 3. I tried to do a restore and still the same. I was thinking if I need to do a clean install. I get sound and vibration when I receive a txt but not when I get a call.

I know its beta just wondering if somebody is having the same problem and if you did and fix it let me know thanks
