What a disaster, I got a 32g shipped to me on release day. Not a problem until this week. I have a 3rd party insurance but wondered if anyone has taken a 4s back after the warranty period?

What is the solution here?
 
What do you mean after the warranty period? It has a one year warranty against hardware defects.
