Is there such an app that causes vibrations whenever keys are hit, when texting for instance.

Your battery would run out by the time you finish typing an e-mail!

Yes, it's called Haptic Pro, or just Haptic (depending on whether you want to pay for it or not).

I personally think it's a little laggy and drainy, but you might not mind that for whatever reason.

It should be in the default repos on Cydia.

I purchased this haptic pro 5 days ago and have been using since. I dont noticed any lagness and dont notice any battery drainage out of the norm. I charged my phone 3 hours ago and I still have 51 percent on battery life. The best part is that I can adjust the vibration.

I have purchased haptic pro as well and its definitely a fantastic app. This was one thing I actually really liked about some of the android based phones since the haptic feedback gives a sense of actually pushing a button, now I can have it on my iPhone 4:). I feel like I can actually type a lot easier now with as funny as it may seem.

Did you notice a change in battery?

wow when i get my phone i getting this, i loved this feature on droid phones. would be 10000x better on the iphone

Just got haptic pro and it's running very smoothly so far. I like the feel of typing with the vibration

ha, I'm not sure if you are selling this app....

What have you been doing for 3 hours to drain the battery by half? I can use my phone pretty heavily for 14 or 15 hours and be around 50% by the end of the day.

Still having good luck with this app, doesn't seem like it's effecting battery life much at all.

I played around with it. It was hit/miss as to when it actually worked, so I uninstalled it. It seemed like it worked most of the time, but then it would just stop working for 5 or 10 seconds.

Meh, dunno, works like a champ on my ip4

I used this app back in the day on my 3G when it was available for free. Worked great back then and I liked it. I wish this was a standard option on iOS.

It's surprising how effective the feeling is. The trick is to adjust the slider to a small vibration, as a big one get's irritating - fast.

Is haptic working on 4.1?? I havent tried yet but it feels very weird typing without vibration again.

I'm using Haptic Pro. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it remembered my original purchase from my iPhone 3G days, as the app didn't work on the 3GS for ages, so I had completely forgot about it.

Haptic Pro doesn't work for me.... specifically when I use the keyboard. this is annoying
