Vibrations for texts and calls sound different on the 4S for everybody?

I've noticed my 4S when it vibrates has a different sound compared to the past 2 iPhones I've owned.

Does anybody else notice or is it just me?

IIRC, the vibration motor was changed in the 4s from the gsm 4. I believe it was said that the same motor that's currently in the 4s was used in the vzw 4.
