Video App Not Working

I cant play videos in my video app. I downloaded several videos in iTunes and loaded it in my iPhone but when I try to play it its only giving me a black screen no sound no picture. Reset did not fix it. Anyone else having this issue?

Not having that issue but the whole 'in the cloud' hasn't worked since the last beta. Can't download from the video app, can't stream.
