Video appearing in iPod app of iPhone 4, even though it's not in iTunes

A video is appearing in the iPod app of my iPhone 4, even though it's been removed from iTunes.

How can I delete this, if it's not appearing in iTunes?

videos in the ipod app can be deleted like email or sms just swipe over it and delete will appear, not sure how it got there if you never put it on through itunes

It was originally put on through iTunes.
