Hello,

I was just wondering if anyone could answer this question. I copied a series from DVD into iTunes. Being slightly obsessive about organisation, I filled in all of the metadata, titles, description, dates and artwork.

However when I sync the series with my iPad, there is no artwork, just a blank grey square.

Does anyone know why this is happening, or a way around it? I believe I have tagged everything correctly.
