Hey! I have a macbook and would like to record some video blogs. Can I do this with my macbooks built in isight? What program would I use and how do I get started?

I am running OSX 5.2 with iLife '06.
 
garageband can make blogs. dont know what u can use to record.
but if you have the video in digital form just put it into garageband project for podcasts and then export it to iweb and you can blog it.
