Video cable question

That wont work...and if it could work the quality would suck because its RCA. Give THIS a try...if you have a 1080i/p TV you will get an HD quality picture!

Thanks. The only problem with the cable you suggested is that most of the tv's i use dont have an HDMI port. Thanks though.

No, because the MacBook doesn't output video through the headphone jack like the iBook did. You want "M9319G/A", the Apple Mini-DVI to Video Adapter. You will then need a Headphone to Stereo RCA cable to output sound as well.

Yep, like Teg said...or use the DVI to VGA that came with the MBP.

Actually, it looks like he wants the "M9267G/A". The Apple DVI to Video adapter. The MacBook uses Mini-DVI, the MacBook Pro uses full sized DVI.
