Apps Video call to apple tv4

Hi I would like to have the possibility to call in to my apple tv4 with video from my Iphone. Something like one way facetime that allow me to give my family a message when they are not answer the phone.

For example when the kids forget the time to go to school, I would like to override the content they are watching and give them the message.

I don't see why creating a messaging app would be a problem. Video chat would be impossible since the ATV is lacking a camera.
