I'm wondering if anyone can suggest a decent video capture device that will work with Macs? Preferably one with a SCART socket avaiable. If not, standard three phono would do. I'm aware that SCART isn't as popular with the rest of the world as it is here in the UK and Europe in general.

I've seen the Dazzle DVC 90 but the specs don't say that it's Mac compatible. I can't see it not working though as I'd imagine it works like any other USB video device. It would just mean that I couldn't use the supplied software.

Elgato EyeTV 250 comes with a breakout box for composite input. It's guaranteed to be Mac compatible. Link.
