Video Capture Program

Hey,

For a class project I have to give a 'demonstrative speech' and I want to capture me burning a cd in iTunes, but I need to find a program that will capture the video on the screen. I would use iMovie, but that just looks for cameras. Does anyone have any free suggestions?
