Video card for 2010 Mac Pro for 4K

Was going to order the new Mac Pro... but since we didn't see a bump at WWDC I think Ill just put a new video card in my 2010 Mac Pro so I can run a 4K monitor.

All things being equal - and budget aside, whats the best considered option for a 4K video card?
