i have a Mac Pro Dual Quad 3Ghz, with 12GB of Ram, for Video i run a NVIDIA 8800 GT, is there a better one, besides the NVIDIA Quadro FX 5600 ?

Depends on what you do. For video related tasks, the ATI Radeon HD 3870 would be better.
