Does anyone know the reasoning as to why the upgraded Nvidia graphics card is only offered in the 15" MBP? Id really love to have the better graphics card but the 13" is a selling point for me because of the portability. Just a quick question hopefully someone can answer for me.

Size issue perhaps, or maybe they would have to make the 13 the same price as the 15 if they did it to keep the profit margin up.

Size and heat. That 11" with the 650m is twice the height of a 13" retina. This gives it more room for the gpu and more importantly; sufficient cooling. Also, the 13" rMBP offers good battery life. And for it to do that, they have to used a fair bit of the space they have to work with on a decently sized battery.
