Just wondering if there is some holy grail of an application that I've failed to find.
What I'm looking for is some way to manage/organize/play my video files. As in this software can get information from a 3rd party website (such as the covers from IMDB/Amazon). But stores a Library similar to Itunes and can play it within the application/open it in a 3rd party application.
I've tried many apps that have almost done what I've wanted but not quite hit the mark. These include Flex, XBMC, iVideo, iDrive, yFlicks, Delicious Library 2, DVDPedia, Miro, DVDhunter.
These applications seem to do almost all of the features but not all. I think iVideo was the closest, but lacked in the ability to work correctly in getting movie data.
