Video Chat on NEW iChat with AIM users

Ever since I had my first mac in 2002 I have never been able to successfully Video Chat with PC users running ANY version of AIM whether its the old one or the new "triton."

It bugs me more than most because I am one of the few Mac users I know. Most all my friends are on AIM and i get a lot of problems with things like Video Chatting, Voice Chat, and sometimes transferring files.

based on several reviews the new iChat in leopard does video with AIM PC and MAC clients.
