video chat, suddenly black out

Good day guys,

im having a trouble making a video chating bcoz after a minute the screen to the other person viewing said that they cant see me but my cam still broadcasting. im using the Yahoo messenger bcoz i cant sign in for ichat.

i check the setting for my cam but still the problem occur.
does anybody encounter this, please help me.
