Video-chat with Windows users

What's the best way to establish a video-chat session with a windows user? Is it possible to do with iChat on the Mac end? How does the quality compare?

Yeah iChat to yahoo messenger or ichat to aim video chat should work...

The quality won't be as good as ichat - ichat simply because the other chat apps don't use H264 video codec which looks better than other codecs.
