Video converter for iPhone 4?

Does anyone know of a good video converter for iPhone 4? I use free ones now called Handbrake and Super, but non have the option to choose 960x640. Is there any other converter out there that you know of that will convert to that size or close to it?

MPEG Streamclip appears to be capable of creating a 960 x 640 MP4 video.

The AppleTV preset in handbrake has a video width of 960. I haven't tried it myself yet but that's where I'd start. It has 'large file size' enabled by default on that preset so you might want to experiment with that if you get huge files out.
