Video Converter Program for AVC and 5.1 Audio

Hey all.

I'm looking for a good video converter app that will convert video files (this one is a .mkv) That has 5.1 AAC audio to both DvD 9 (.iso) and iPod Touch format.

VisualHub is great but doesn't support 5.1, RoadMovie did it but forgot the audio, handbrake is the same deal. It can be free or paid for, i just need this converted :)

If anyone knows of such an app for OSX that'd be great
