Video Converter Recommendations

Can any recommend a free, good and preferably an easy to use video converter for the mac?

Especially looking for applications that I can download videos onto my iphone and psp.

isquint is pretty good. i dont know about psp, but its great if you want to put videos onto your ipod or into itunes.

I am looking for the same information as the original poster. I did a search and this was the most recent post. However, its not clear if iSquint is the best choice for a PSP. Plus I'm wondering if something better has surfaced since June 08.

I used PSP Video 9 on my PC, which was fairly user friendly and worked quite well, but I have no clue whats tried and true on Macs.

Any suggestions/personal experience?
