Video deleted off my iphone4 somehow

I tried to upload a video to Youtube yesterday off my phone and I don't think it went through, but when I went to check my photo roll the video had disappeared off my iphone. Now I cannot find it on either my phone or youtube.

Any idea what happened or what I can do? Has this happened to anyone else?
