Hello,
My Specs:
I have a 24" iMac. I use Bootcamp and have Windows XP Home installed.
My video card is an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2600 XT.
My Problem:
Over the past few months I have been unable to view online videos while in Windows XP. As soon as I open a page, the load stops, I get the dreaded blue screen with the atidvag.dll infinite loop error, and my system reboots.
*Note: I am able to view video online perfectly on my Mac os.*
I have no viruses, my system is clean and in perfect working order otherwise.
I have downloaded a new driver from the ATI site, under the Mac/Apple Bootcamp/Windows XP driver page. I have _not_ installed, because I am not sure where and/or how to do it... or if it's even the right thing to do.
I have tried other fixes that I have found online, but still nothing helps... I'm lost. So I have come here to ask for help.
Thanks.
- Sue
