From the moment I got my MacBook Pro, I haven't been able to burn a single DVD-disc that works. I've tried the following already:
- Used the program 'Burn'. I clicked on 'Video', then on 'DVD-Video', but the movie started halfway and eventually the DVD-player (Sony) stopped playing it.
- Used the built-in burner from the Mac (by clicking on 'Burn' in the folder that's created in the Finder when you insert the disc). The DVD-player, as well as my Xbox 360, couldn't play the DVD.
I'm talking about Divx files (.avi) as well as DVD files (.VOB, .BUP & .IFO). I'm burning them on DVD-r discs. On my old Windows laptop, I had no problem burning DVD's. What am I doing wrong?
