video editing app

I am wondering when someone is going to release a video editing app now? Like make a video in slow mo, or be able to pause and zoom in so I can take a picture of the video. Cut a clip and stuff like that...? is there one out?

I don't think any of those are what the OP is looking for.

As far as I know, there aren't any apps out yet for editing video taken with the 3GS camera. If anyone knows of any, please let us know. I'd be interested in an app like that, also.
