Video editing apps for Mac

Hi Guys,

Hoping you can help, was wondering if they're any video editing apps that are dead easy to use to help make a video. Basically I got a stack of home movies that I want to cut the best bits out of and overlay music tracks to make a video for my girlfriend's birthday. Really don't care if I have to pay for the app but need something really easy to use.

How about iMovie? - comes with new Macs, and has done for a while, quite simple to use, and should suit your needs perfectly for home vids.

I agree, iMovie is the best way to go, and I imagine that apple has some basic tutorials in it's use on their site.
