Hello, I'm Taylor and new to the forums, so I am very sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong category. =) Anyways, onto the question.
Okay, well I was wondering what program I could use on my computer to do effects on a video like add a little picture to a screenshot on top of the video while it plays. I have iMovie, and if I can use that, how? If not, what can I use?
Here's some examples of what I mean if I sound like a total dork and no one knows what the heck I'm talking about. XP
Like how she added the little picture of the vaseline to the video, or how she added the chat bubbles.
