Are there any iOS apps that:

Can pan video (ie zoom, left to right, etc)

Can motion track video footage and create tracking points (like after effects)

Can add additional layers similar to after effects.(like greenscreen)

iOS apps for the most part are dumbed down kiddie apps compared to the real deal. I've never heard of an iOS video app that does what you're looking for, but the new iMovie (yes I know.... iMovie) now supports green screening but only on the Mac.

The "best" iOS video apps I've used just do the basic stuff like add clips, titles, music & transitions.
