As an advice, use different transitions next time rather than the plain ol' 'fade in from black'. Also, you'd do a much better job of grabbing audience's attention by cutting short the time b/w consecutive slides! The video could've been under 45 sec!:)

While I realize this is a consumer video, the "plain ol' 'fade in from black" is an industry standard . . . there is a reason you don't see those "fancy" transitions that imovie offers. :D

Ahem..... cough.. cough... the industry standard WAS fade in, not fade in from black! Today, there's no industry standard... the only thing that matters is the movie should look good! Look around consciously and ask yourself 'how many transitions do I actually even see?'

Secondly, Im guessing this was supposed to be a non-commercial work! Something which encourages you to be as creative as you can!:D
