I tried to watch MP4 files on my iPhone, but it does NOT work, is there any specifications that should be present to watch these videos?

I tried to open this link in my device, but not working.

well, it does not work on devices

because the player is using flash to stream the video -- if you opened up the mp4 directly it would play on your mobile device.
