video freeze on Mac Pro

I have the Mac Pro 10.4.10 and whenever I play back a video on Safari I get
a stop / start/ stop / start...,

It happened with this site as an example.
Any suggestions,

Multiple monitors, using both the ATI and Nvidia card?

Edit: stuttering video is one sign of the ATI/Nvidia driver conflict, usually resolved by moving two monitors to a single card.

What I mean is when I play back a video it takes ages to 'buffer' so the video stops and starts. I have only one monitor. Someone said it sounds like a server problem. Such as streaming speed.

What sort of internet connection do you have? It could be quite a few different possible causes.
