Video game battery life? Ram?

2 things I'm curious about and I know you guys have a good variety of facts and opinions.

1. Apple says 7 hours but that is moderate use. How long will it last playing a videogame? Should I just make sure I plug it in every time I play a game?

2. Does 8gb ram have a huge difference from 4gb?

It'll last 2-3 hours on heavy load. Your experience may vary.

And yes, 8GB is a good performance boost for almost all applications.
 
Depends on what MBP you have... the 6750m shouldn't last more than an hour and half or so. Less if you're using onboard speakers. Less if you're playing something like SC2.

No reason not to get the 8gb @ $30-40.
 
Alright thanks I'm using the 2.2ghz 15" so I will make sure it is plugged in and I will buy some ram. Crucial good?
