I was wondering if someone could point me to some good sites that have news and downloads for Video Game emulators that run on Mac OS X. I'm hoping that several emulators have universal binaries available as well.

Thanks,
Bryan

Well, let's see...

One easy way is just to go to VersionTracker and type in "Emulator"--that'll get you just about everything, along with a bunch of terminal emulators.

Emulation.net (still available at http://emulation.victoly.com/) used to be THE place for Mac emulators of all types, with tons of background info to boot, but it hasn't been updated in a very long time. Still a worthwhile source for info, and a lot of the project links still work, even if the versions aren't current.

Richard Bannister is a one-man font of emulators, and he's got a universal binary emulator for a pile of systems available on his site:
http://www.bannister.org/software/emu.htm

Google will turn up a bunch of other resources, such as The Emulator Zone's Mac section, but that's a little out of date.
