Video HDR, where is it?

I have an iPhone SE.

I've yet to find an app that can record HDR video. A few boast of it, but they're just capturing a single frame and then tone mapping it - not true or accurate HDR.

I'm wondering if an app will pop up now that the iPhone 7+ has dual cameras - though I haven't read the specs on the two of them.
