Video iChat Questions: Leopard/Tiger .Mac/GoogleTalk

Hi. relatively new here and I have a couple questions about using video iChat.

My sister has a MB with Tiger, I have a MBP with Leopard. Neither of us have a .Mac account. Is there any way to video chat using GoogleTalk or AIM?
