Video iChat with someone else using gmail video chat?

Is it possible for me, using iChat, to video conference with my wife, who has a PC using gmail video chat?

If so, how? We can text chat, but the video chat button is greyed out (this is my first time ever using iChat, or any video chat feature for that matter)
