Video Issue Apple Program question

I have an effected early 2013 15inch retina with video issues... Have any of you been able to take it into an apple store for a in store replacement of logic board?

I was told apple stores do in store logic board replacements, but not sure about this since it is a special program for apple...

any feedback?
