Video issues it fullscreen 2018 MBP 15”

I didn’t take a video of mine but I found on Reddit there was somebody have an issues with HBO and Netflix my issue is whenever I watch YouTube fullscreen.

Is this just a software issue that can be fixed and an update or is this hardware?

Considering that 4k YouTube plays ok on my 2013 model, a 2018 model should be fine for YouTube under any condition. You can try a restart and maybe try a different browser. Maybe check Activity Monitor for CPU levels.
