video library/ browser like iTunes?

Greetings!!
first post here^^ nice to meet u guys!!

I have a collection of avi. flv. wmv. and some dvd in my computer
I have organised them nicely into folders in finder.
But I like to have them organised like the songs in my itunes (eg. with cover art, rating, genre...etc) but itunes doesn't support any video format except mp4.
I don't want to covert all my videos into mp4 becoz that will take a long time

So is there any "video library" software like iTunes but also support multiple video format?
