Video Library Manager?

To me iTunes is a mess with all my homemade videos. I would like to use an App that manages them like iPhoto, preferably with Airplay although it's not a must.

I downloaded Plex but was reading that it needs for the videos to be renamed outside the App which really pains me.

Any other suggestions?

Doesn't Adobe Bridge do this, too? I've not used it, but I thought it managed all media.
