Video Lightsaber

Ok i have been really bored lately and have been trying to figure this out. How do you make a lightsaber using a video editing software. If possible on iMovie, iMovie HD, or Final Cut Express.

ha. You have to either try and use the motion tracker in After Effects or Rotoscope it in After Effects. No hope at all in the software you listed. it's a time consuming trick.
