How do I convert an .mkv video to .mp4 using Avidemux 2.7.1 but without losing quality? I think this lossless process is called rewrap, if it rings any bells :)

remux is the word you look for. Open the file.mkv choose the copy option for the audio and video, with mp4 muxer for the output format. Then save it to new file. I just did it here it takes a few minutes on my machine with a 6 core 9600k and 32gb of ram.

Code:
MacUser2525:~$ ll /Volumes/Files/New_To_Convert/Doctor*
