Video, mac mini, drobo 4tb, need software

Hello all, this is my set up, Mac mini, Drobo firewire 4tb, connected through hdmi to plasma tv. After a month of video encoding i got my whole dvd collection on my drobo, with the help of handbrake.

My question is i have ALL these different dvd's and i need some kind of program to view them all and have the option to play them. I'm looking for a program that has a good looking ui and will work with little set up as possible. Any suggestions ? any tips?

+1, Plex really is one of the best FrontRow alternatives, the interface is amazing and easy to use, and help is readily available if you do get stuck

*one annoying problem in snow leopard is you can't currently use the Apple Remote properly without editing system files (although Apple is looking into the issue).
