Video mirroring application

I have a Powerbook Titanium 500 with the display broke therefore I using an external display and I also had to replace the internal hard drive .I try several options to use the computer under OS 9 with the video mirroring option but I still having problems with that .I need to find an application that originally came with the cd instalation for the Powerbook G4 500 (I lost it) call video mirroring app (not the control strip module) is there any place where I can download this app?
