Video not playing

I work for a company doing some product testing. I can access the product on the web and it works fine with the exception of a certain type of audio product that is not loading. I am using Chrome (the product is not Safari-friendly) and Mavericks on my brand new 13" rMBP. A guy at the company says he is running it on Mavericks and it works fine. I am trying to think of why it might not be working. It also doesn't work on Firefox so the chances of it being a straight up browser issue isn't likely. What settings might I have on my computer that are responsible? Thoughts?
